This page is a practical draft for EasyTripMate and should receive final legal review before the website begins accepting confirmed bookings or online payments.
Using our services
By requesting, booking or using a service arranged by EasyTripMate, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable quotation, itinerary, payment schedule and these terms. The person making a group booking is responsible for sharing relevant information with every traveller.
Enquiries & quotations
An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Quotations are based on the information you provide and remain subject to availability. A quotation will state the included services, exclusions, validity period and any important conditions known at that time.
Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed only after EasyTripMate sends written confirmation and receives the required payment. Payment amounts, due dates and accepted methods will be stated in your quotation or invoice. Delayed payment may result in services becoming unavailable or prices changing.
Prices & availability
Travel prices can change because of availability, season, fuel costs, taxes, permit fees or supplier revisions. We will explain any change before confirmation wherever reasonably possible. Any optional expense or service not listed as included is payable by the traveller.
Changes & cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a confirmed service must be made in writing. The amount payable or refundable will depend on the confirmed service, notice provided and the policies of hotels, vehicle providers and other suppliers. The specific cancellation terms supplied with your quotation or confirmation will take priority.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide accurate names, contact details, ages, pickup information and any health, accessibility or special requirements relevant to the journey. Travellers are responsible for behaving respectfully, following safety instructions and arriving at agreed meeting or pickup points on time.
Travel documents & permits
Each traveller is responsible for carrying valid identification and any documents required for the journey. Where EasyTripMate assists with permit guidance or applications, approval remains subject to the relevant authority and cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
Hotels, transport operators, activity providers and other suppliers provide parts of a journey independently. Their own rules may apply in addition to these terms. EasyTripMate coordinates the booked arrangements and will offer reasonable assistance if a supplier-related issue occurs.
Liability
Travel may be affected by weather, road conditions, government restrictions, strikes, natural events, supplier disruption or other circumstances outside reasonable control. EasyTripMate will try to assist with practical alternatives but cannot promise that every original arrangement will remain possible. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use
Website information is provided for general planning and may change. Images may illustrate a destination or service and do not guarantee an exact view, room, vehicle or experience. Website content, branding and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Privacy
Personal information supplied through an enquiry or booking is used to respond, arrange requested services and communicate important travel details. Additional information about data handling will be provided in EasyTripMate’s Privacy Policy.
Contact & updates
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@easytripmate.com or discussed by calling +91 99333 74041. EasyTripMate may update these terms as services and operating requirements develop; the version provided with a confirmed booking will apply to that booking.
